We have tried to design the website to ensure it is as accessible as possible by meeting the W3C Triple A standards.
Access keys
The ability to navigate the site without a mouse is important for those who have difficulties in using a mouse or other pointing device. To access and navigate the site, Access Keys have been set up on the main pages.
To use the access keys on the site follow these steps
- Press and hold the 'alt' key
- Press the required letter
- Press the return key and the browser will load the relevant page.

Text Size
The size of the text can be changed from any page on the website using the 'Text size' panel on the left hand navigation. Just click the + to enlarge the text or - to reduce it. Or change it on your browser, to apply to all websites.
- Internet Explorer - Select the "View" menu, then "Text size"
- FireFox: Select the "View" menu, then "Zoom" or "Zoom text only"
- Safari: Select the "View" menu, then "Make text bigger" or "Make text smaller"
- Opera: Select the "View" menu, then "Zoom"
Adobe Acrobat Reader Our website provides forms and larger documents in Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF). To open and view PDF files, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your PC. Download the Adobe PDF Reader software for free.
