Information regarding replacing stolen or broken bins, fixing damaged bins and any other queries regarding entitlement of bins, including replacement bags for those on a sack collection.

Damaged Wheeled Bins

The lids, wheels and axels of the wheeled bins will be replaced free of charge in all circumstances. Recycling boxes cannot be repaired.

Replacement Bins & Boxes

We can organise replacement bins and recycling boxes should they be unrepairable, or if the bin or boxes have gone missing or was stolen, but please be aware that charges may apply.

Replacement Bags (Sack Collection)

For those customers on a slightly different type of collection using bags instead of bins, you can order replacement bags at no extra charge.

Additional Bins & Boxes

Additional bins and recycling boxes can be organised, but as with replacement bins please be aware that charges and restrictions may apply.

Kitchen Caddies

Kitchen caddies are available at a cost of £2 (collected) and £5 (delivered).
