Location and Access

Coombe Valley LNR is hidden away at the 'back' of Teignmouth. As it has little parking space, it is mainly a site enjoyed by local residents. Most visitors arrive on foot, as there are many houses within 100 metres of its boundaries. As real 'countryside on the doorstep' it certainly is worth a visit. Access by car is possible: the main entrance is from the top of Coombe Lane. There are also pedestrian accesses from Valley Close, Galloway Drive, Beechwood Court, Moorview Drive, Lake Avenue, Gilbert Avenue and Howard Close.
