Important Information regarding Property Search - You may notice that when you perform a "related content" search within Property Search that you bring back applications which do not relate to the address you are currently searching. This is due to the data transfer of several years of planning applications which cannot be applied to a specific address. This information should not be relied upon for any searches.
The on-line register of Applications, associated documentation and Appeals/Enforcement Notice information in Public Access is updated at 6.00 a.m. daily and on a continual basis during the day.
Commenting on Applications
Please note that the Public Access system will only allow you to submit comments for three weeks after the application is considered valid. Please submit your comments using the "Submit Comments" box shown on each application. However, Teignbridge District Council Planning Department will welcome representations after the three week consultation period and whilst the application is outstanding. If you wish to comment on an application after the three week consultation period then you can email your comments to planning@teignbridge.gov.uk or write to us at Teignbridge District Council, Planning Department, Forde House, Newton Abbot, TQ12 4XX. Please remember to quote the reference number on all correspondence. Please note that planning contribution correspondence may be removed from the website six months after the decision is issued.
