New Fees for Extension of Time Applications and Non Material Amendments
New legislation was introduced in October 2009 to allow certain permissions to be extended for a temporary period in the current economic climate and to allow for Non-Material Amendments. The fees were subject to separate legislation which was passed on 26 February 2010. -
