Teignbridge District Council invites tenders from parties interested in entering into a temporary licence to use the trading site for a boat trip booking kiosk until the 31^st October 2022. 

Informal Tender

Interested parties are invited to submit offers for a lease by way of a sealed informal tender by 2pm on Tuesday 31^st May 2022. Further details available on Zoopla including the tender form you need to fill out.

Location

Teignmouth is a popular coastal resort and seaside town situated between Torbay and Exmouth. The site occupies an enviable seafront location adjacent the beach on the Promenade. Some of the nearby attractions include the Pier, the adventure golf, children’s playground, the Den grassed park and skate park.

Description

The opportunity consists of a right to use the trading site to place a boat trip booking kiosk. The site dimensions are approximately 4.5m x 10.5m. 47 sq.m (506 sq.ft). The Council reserves the right to finally determine the exact location within the site.

For the avoidance of doubt, the operator would be required to provide their own kiosk.
