Location

Teignmouth is a popular coastal resort and seaside town situated between Torbay and Exmouth. The site occupies an enviable seafront location adjacent the beach on the Promenade. Some of the nearby attractions include the Pier, the adventure golf, children’s playground, the Den grassed park and skate park.

Description

The opportunity consists of a right to use the trading site for a mobile refreshment/catering trailer or vehicle with tables and chairs to provide refreshments, teas, coffees and snacks. The site dimensions are approximately 3.5m x 36m. 126 sq.m (1,356 sq.ft). The Council reserves the right to agree the specific model of the catering unit and determine the exact location of the chosen vehicle/trailer, tables and chairs within the site.
