Teignbridge District Council is looking for proposals to utilise this prominent location for a term of up to three summer seasons. (01 April – 30 September) although an all-year round facility could also be considered. Due to the timescales any legal agreement will start after 01 April 2023. There is potential for the premises to be used as a leisure activity and the Council is open to ideas regarding the exact nature of the operation. However it will not permit the space to be used for the sale of food and drinks.
