Bus passes

Devon County Council is responsible for issuing the National Bus Pass to residents within Devon.

Eligibility for the National Pass

Applying for a companion or carers pass

Devon resident national bus pass holders with a severe disability who are only able to access local bus services with the assistance of a travelling companion will be able to apply for a supplementary companion pass. If this applies, please contact Devon County Council on the telephone numbers above.
