1. Appointment of Chairman.

2. Appointment of Vice Chairman.

3.  Apologies for absence.

5. Minutes of meeting of the Committee held on 3 April 2017.

6. Agreement of the agenda between Parts I and II.

7. Declarations of interest.

8.    Matters of urgency or report especially brought forward with the permission of the Chairman.

9.  Call-in – to consider any call-ins.

10. Work Programme – to consider the future work programme.

11. Training - Unlocking the potential of Task and Finish Reviews.  By the end of this interactive session Members will understand how to: 
(a) identify and prioritise Task & Finish topics for inclusion in a forward plan;
(b) understand the different stages involved in a 'high impact' Task & Finish Review
(c) Plan a Task & Finish Review using a 'one page strategy' planning tool;
(d) Make space and time within existing Committee meetings to carry out in depth reviews.
