What is graffiti?

It is illegal to deface a building, wall or structure by painting or marking it with words, pictures or symbols.

The fixed penalty for a graffiti offence is £75.

Graffiti removal

Tell us if you spot graffiti that needs to be removed. We remove graffiti from our own property and land.  

Graffiti on railway bridges, utility boxes, highways, road signs or other similar items, are the responsibility of other organisations such as Network Rail, utility companies or Devon County Council.
