Exciting times are ahead for Newton Abbot Market as regeneration plans progress for the historic Pannier Market Hall, following a successful application to the Future High Street Fund. 

The indoor market traders have been relocated to a temporary Indoor Market, which has been set up just across Market Square, in the former Post Office building (beside Subway), to enable these significant works to take place. 

You are welcome to come and explore our new temporary indoor Market which is open 6 days per week between 9am and 4pm, alongside the outdoor markets which are held every Wednesday and Saturday between 9am and 3pm and the fortnightly cattle auctions.

You can find a fantastic selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, baked goods, confectionary, gifts, clothing and crafts alongside services such as a seamstress and mobile phone repairs.
