Teignbridge District Council are the data controller for the purposes of assessing eligibility, administering, and making awards under the Household Support Scheme
We must have a lawful basis to process your personal data. Our lawful basis in the processing that we will undertake in assessing your eligibility for, and in making any household support fund payment to you, is based on a legal obligation.
We have a legal obligation to obtain this information to perform our public task and, in some instances, where there is a risk of harm, a vital interest to obtain and hold this information in accordance with Articles 6(1)(d) and 9(2)(g) of General Data Protection Regulations.
