1. What information do we collect about you?
Teignbridge District Council is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a ‘data controller’ under the Data Protection Act, entry Z5463710. We are a public authority and have a nominated Data Protection Officer who can be contacted on firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will collect, store and use information relating to members of the public, relevant officers, consultants and elected members for the purpose of the administration of council meetings and to provide our democratic services:
- Personal contact details such as name, title, address, postcode, telephone number and email address.
- Details of elected members financial / non-financial business interests, company directorships and trusteeships of immediate family.
