The Local Government Ombudsman considers complaints about Councils. If you are making a complaint then please raise this with us first. If you remain unhappy after we have considered the complaint, you can contact the Local Government Ombudsman.
How to contact the Local Government Ombudsman
- call the Local Government Ombudsman Advice Team on 0300 061 0614 to discuss your complaint,
- go to the Local Government Ombudsman website at www.lgo.org.uk where you will find an online complaint form,
- fax the Local Government Ombudsman on 024 7682 0001,

Local Government Ombudsman's Annual Reports

Local Government Ombudsman's Decision Statements
The Local Government Ombudsman will issue a statement of reasons for every complaint decision and a copy will be sent to us and the complainant.
