Teignbridge District Council is split between two parliamentary constituencies, Newton Abbot and Central Devon. In the 2017 General Election, the Newton Abbot seat was won by Anne Marie Morris MP (Conservative) and the Central Devon seat was won by Mel Stride MP (Conservative).
Teignbridge District Council runs the election for the Newton Abbot constituency and West Devon Borough Council runs the election for Central Devon Constituency.
The Newton Abbot Constituency is fully comprised of the following Teignbridge District Council Wards:
Ambrook, Bishopsteignton, Bradley, Buckland & Milber, Bushell, College, Dawlish North East, Dawlish South West, Ipplepen, Kenton & Starcross, Kerswell-with-Combe, Kingsteignton East, Kingsteignton West, Shaldon & Stokeinteignhead, Teignmouth Central, Teignmouth East, and Teignmouth West.
The Central Devon Constituency is made up of District Council Wards from West Devon, East Devon, Mid Devon and the following Teignbridge District Council Wards:
Ashburton & Buckfastleigh, Bovey, Chudleigh, Haytor, Kenn Valley, Moretonhampstead and Teign Valley.

How to Vote
The deadline to apply for a postal vote or to change your current absent vote arrangement is 5pm on Tuesday 26 November.
The deadline to apply for a proxy vote is 5pm on Wednesday 4 December.
