Neighbourhood Planning Referendum for the Ipplepen Neighbourhood Area

I, Neil Blaney, being the Deputy Counting Officer for Teignbridge District Council at the Ipplepen Neighbourhood Plan Referendum held on 4 May 2023, do hereby give notice that the results of the votes cast is as follows:

Question:      “Do you want Teignbridge District Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Ipplepen to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?”

Number cast in favour of a 'YES'	714	78.6
Number cast in favour of a 'NO'	180	19.8

The number of ballot papers rejected: 14

Electorate: 2,055

Ballot Papers Issued: 908

Turnout: 44%

I do hereby declare that more than half of those voting have voted in favour of using the Ipplepen Neighbourhood Plan.
