Report a fraud

We use your personal data so that we can: prevent and detect fraud or crime; and contact you in case of another query or an issue concerning the information you have provided.

By law we have a duty to protect the public funds we administer. We may use any of the information you provide for the prevention and detection of fraud.

We will hold your data for the purposes stated above for two years after your request has been completed. It will be accessible to the Department of Works and Pensions Fraud Investigation Service if relating to a housing benefit fraud; or Housing Associations for a housing tenancy fraud. We will not disclose any personal information to any other third parties unless required to do so by law.
