The Teignbridge Association of Local Councils, or TALC, is a forum for local councils and parish meetings, where we can speak with Teignbridge District Council or others with one substantial, strong voice. It also gives speakers the opportunity to address all of us at one meeting rather than some 52 separate places. This way we can meet with top representatives from Teignbridge District Council, police, fire, Devon County Council, and others.
