You can report the following food safety matters to us online:
- poor cleanliness or hygiene of a food premises
- unregistered food business
- food poisoning
- poor rubbish or waste practices
- pests at a food premises
- foreign body in food
- mouldy or unfit food
- mislabelled food

We will investigate the matter and make a decision on what action is appropriate and contact you. Normally this should take less than two weeks, although it can take longer if a full investigation is required.
