There are several supported accommodation options available in Teignbridge. Referrals are usually completed through Young Devon for each of the projects.

Plan B – Accommodation for Young People - High support

Therapeutic supported living placement with a host family which provides wrap-around holistic package of support, person centred to each individual. The young person is allocated a key worker as well as accessing support from their hosts. This project is aimed at 16/17 year olds generally leaving care and often with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties.

Supported Lodgings – Medium to high support

Accommodation provided with a host family, which has allocated a support worker alongside support offered by host. The young person will need to pay towards these placements to cover food and bills.

Queen Street Project – Medium to high support

A shared accommodation for young people. Staff are on the premises during the day and night workers work from 7pm until 10.30am.

Prospect Terrace Project – Medium to low support

This is shared accommodation for young people. Floating support provided to residents. This project is not staffed overnight and there are additional charges for bills.

61A Project – Medium to low support

A shared accommodation for young people with floating support provided to residents. The 61A project is not staffed overnight and there are additional charges for bills.
