When applying for a council or housing association tenancy within the Devon Home Choice area, we provide additional priority for ex-armed forces personnel to those that would otherwise be in Band D. If you already qualify for a higher banding this will not be affected. Any lump sum payment received as compensation from serving in the armed forces is also disregarded.
