5. Help to heat scheme
The Help to Heat scheme offers grant funding for insulation measures. Although it is not run by the council, we set out the eligibility based on local priorities, see the Energy Companies Obligation’s (ECO) Statement of Intent below.
Under the scheme installers can offer grants to provide energy saving measures, depending on qualifying criteria. The amount will depend on the characteristics of the property and the measures required.
Installers are independent of the council, but are registered under the Help to Heat scheme.

This list below is to help identify companies interested and available to undertake a property review under the Eco Flex Scheme, They will determine whether any qualifying works are appropriate. Teignbridge Council in no way endorses the work undertaken by these companies; we will not have seen the quality of their work, as we are not the overseeing authority.
