1 Air source heat pump grants

Grants are available to install air source heat pumps that provide heating and hot water. 

2 Cavity wall insulation and loft insulation

Grants are available to install cavity wall insulation and loft insulation.

Eligibility

To qualify, householders must

• be in receipt of certain benefits, or
• have a household income less than £30,000 or £25,000 for a sole occupant, after tax and national insurance and
• have an energy performance certificate (EPC) with a rating of D,E,F or G
