If you are homeless outside of normal working hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays please call 0330 678 2382 and we will arrange for an officer to call you back.

 They will offer information and advice to:

• Support you in your return to your home where possible
• Arrange temporary accommodation for you and your family
• Arrange transport to get you to the accommodation if necessary

If there is no duty to provide you with temporary accommodation, your details will be passed to our Housing Options Team when our offices reopen so they may try to secure you accommodation.
