We are offering free, online training courses for landlords, with more in-depth training for letting agents and property managers who wish to gain a better understanding of the legislation that applies to managing property. 

All day training will be provided by the South West Landlord Association (SWLA) and will give you all the skills to maintain a fully compliant business that provides a safe environment. Full details can be found on the SWLA website.

By attending this course you will also receive accreditation status and one year’s membership to the South West Landlords' Association.
