You should think about how you will get your children to school, how you will get to work and to appointments you may have. You should check local bus routes and other public transport options and costs or consider changing schools or doctors to be nearer to your home.

You should look at the area you are moving to in terms of what shops, GP surgeries, dentists etc. are in the area, and whether those amenities will meet your specific needs. You may wish to contact local schools to see if there are spaces in advance of moving to a new area.
Is the property a suitable size for your household?
