Shortlisting
To choose who to take through to interview stage, the recruiting manager, and at least one other staff member, will match the contents of your application against the criteria in the person specification. It is important you tell us in your application how you meet the criteria we are looking for – don’t assume we will know from your previous job titles that you are a match, tell us more in your supporting statement.
If you meet all the essential criteria and you tell us you have a disability, you will be guaranteed an interview for the job.
If you are not shortlisted for an interview, we will email you to let you know. Unfortunately, we will be unable to provide you with specific feedback on shortlisting decisions.
We keep all application forms (in Human Resources) for six months and that of the successful candidate for the period of employment and for the statutory document retention policy.
