Investors in People

People are our most important asset and key to enabling us to deliver services across Teignbridge.

Investors in People are a global people framework that look at how we lead, support and develop our staff. It enables us to improve our workplace culture, employee engagement, communication and work practices.

We have as an employer held the accreditation since 1997, with our last accreditation being in 2023 and lasting until 30 June 2026.
