  • pay fee of £89.00
  • provide plan of premises if changing structure or layout
  • provide existing premises licence

We will check your completed application and if we require any further information we will contact you.

We will consult with any responsible authorities for their specialist advise on whether the application will impact on any of the licensing objectives. At the end of the 10 working day period, if there are no relevant representations made, the minor variation will be granted.

The Licensing Act 2003 allows the licence to be granted where there are no representations. However, if there are representations these will be taken into account when we determine the application. Where an application is refused, it can be resubmitted through the full variation process, as there is no right to a hearing.
