2. Apply for the transfer of a premises licence
Consent to transfer needs to be submitted with the application form confirming the previous owner's consent to the transfer of the licence.
The fee payable for transfer of a premises licence is £23.

We will check your application to ensure it is correct. If not, we will contact you for further information.
Once we have all the information required we will accept your application.
The new premises licence holder will be able to operate immediately or from the date given on the form.
The police have 14 days in which to make any representations.
If no representation is received your application will be granted and we will send you your licence in the post.
If the police do make a representation then a hearing must be heard before members of the licensing sub committee unless all parties agree this is not necessary.
After the hearing we'll write to you with the decision.
