Apply for a dangerous wild animal licence
You will need a licence to keep some animals considered to be wild, dangerous or exotic.

As part of the licence process, your premises and animals will be inspected by a council appointed veterinary surgeon. This will be an additional fee to your application fee.
We will contact you to arrange to visit your premises. The visit will take place with one of our officers and a council appointed veterinary surgeon. The vet will assess your animals and their accommodation.
If your premises meets our licence conditions, we will issue you with a dangerous wild animal licence.

There will also be veterinary inspection costs and you will be invoiced separately for this.
