Site rules
The law states that mobile home site owners must follow a specific procedure for making, varying or deleting site rules. Site owners must consult with residents.
There are several forms that must be used by the site owner which can be downloaded at www.gov.uk/government/collections/park-homes
Once site rules are agreed the site owner must submit the rules to us. The current register of site rules are displayed here:
