Teignbridge District Council as ’Licensing Authority’ have received an application for a Premise Licence from Dainton Park Golf Ltd, Totnes Road, Ipplepen, Newton Abbot TQ12 5TN

for a Premise known as The Driving Range

The application is for the following activities to take place on the premise on Saturday 29 April 2023:

Sale of alcohol – 12 noon to 11.30pm

Provision of regulated of entertainment – 12 noon to 11.30pm

Representations received after this date will not be considered.  The receipt of representations will be published with the appropriate Committee Agenda (if applicable).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
