Hearn Field and Pavilion

Teignbridge District Council as ’Licensing Authority’ have received an application for a Premises Licence from Hearn Field Committee, Hearn Field Pavilion Shaldon Road Combeinteignhead Devon TQ12 4RR 

for a Premise known as Hearn Field & Pavilion.   

The application is for the licence, if granted, to be used for a maximum of 20 events during any one year including the following:

Exhibition of films Monday to Sunday 12:00 – 22:00

Performance of live music Monday to Sunday 12:00 – 22:30

Playing of recorded music Monday to Sunday 12:00 – 22:30

Performance of a play Monday to Sunday 16:00 – 22:00

Sale of alcohol ON premises Monday to Sunday 12:00 – 22:30

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Teignbridge District Council, Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot, TQ12 4XX or by emailing licensing@teignbridge.gov.uk by 12 March 2020.

Representations received after this date will not be considered. The receipt of representations will be published with the appropriate Committee Agenda (if applicable).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is not exceeding £5,000.
