Teignbridge District Council as ’Licensing Authority’ have received an application for a Premise Licence variation from Mr Paul Craven, Powderham Estates Moorings, River Exe, Starcross EX6 8PA

for a Premise known as River Exe Cafe

The application is for an amendment to the licensed area and to add:

Sale of alcohol – to start one hour earlier at 11am Monday to Sunday and finish half hour later at 11pm Monday to Sunday.

Performance of dance – 10am to 11pm Monday to Sunday.

Representations received after this date will not be considered.  The receipt of representations will be published with the appropriate Committee Agenda (if applicable).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
