Teignbridge District Council as ’Licensing Authority’ have received an application for a Premise Licence from Teignmouth Pride, c/o The Brass, Hollands Road, Teignmouth TQ14 8SR

for a Premise known as Teignmouth Pride

The application is for the following activities to take place on Saturday 16^th and Sunday 17^th September 2023 and thereafter one weekend in late August/September from 2024.

Sale of alcohol on and off the premise and provision of regulated entertainment (live/recorded music and performance of dance) 11am to 11pm.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Teignbridge District Council, Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot, TQ12 4XX or by emailing licensing@teignbridge.gov.uk by 21 March 2023.

Representations received after this date will not be considered.  The receipt of representations will be published with the appropriate Committee Agenda (if applicable).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
