Waste and recycling collections

We are currently experiencing delays on a number of refuse, recycling and garden waste rounds. If the whole street has been missed we will be aware and will return as soon as possible. Please leave the bins/containers out for collection.

Pay a Penalty Charge Notice/parking fine

If your Penalty Charge Notice starts with the prefix YD, you must contact Devon County Council.

If your parking ticket has been issued by us in one of our car parks your reference number will start with the prefix TI.

Your parking fine will be discounted by 50% if paid within 14 days.

If you do not pay your Penalty Charge Notice, and you do not successfully appeal, we will take steps to recover the debt and the cost of the debt will increase the longer it remains unpaid.
