This interactive map sets out the locations of the site-specific Policies of the Teignbridge Local Plan 2020-2040 (Publication Version) as of November 2022.  It also shows the various key constraints that help us to determine the best location for new residential and employment development by ensuring that, wherever possible, hazardous areas are avoided, and sensitive areas are conserved and protected.
