South West Exeter has land allocated in the Local Plan for mixed use development including: delivery of at least 2000 homes, 24 gypsy and traveller pitches, 20 hectares of green space, land for 2 primary schools and 1 secondary school or preferably 1 primary school and 1 all-through school, a range of community facilities, sustainable travel routes, public transport and highway improvements and incorporation of a site wide District Heating system.
