12. Change the building name of a commercial property

For a company/business name/organisation name change only, please contact the Business Rates team.

You will need to use this form to do the following:

Use the Start button to begin our online application.

You will need to register and provide us with your contact details and details for the change.

Requests can only be accepted by the owner of the property.

You'll also need a valid debit/credit card for payment of £176.

If there are no issues, we will proceed with your application and will be in touch in around 10 working days

Alternatively, we will contact you to discuss alternative addressing solutions.
