• £165 to change an address or add a name to an existing property
• No charge to register each new residential property address
• free to register new commercial properties
• no charge for the conversion of an existing property into flats or units.

Amendments to the official naming and numbering of a new housing development e.g. subject to a replan - The charge is £165 per plot/address change.
Failure to request the omission of a specific number, e.g. 13, at the time of application, and later request the removal of the number – The charge is £165 per plot/address change.

Where there may be difficulties accurately locating the existing property, a plan clearly marking out each affected property will be required with the property clearly marked.

Applications for new addresses should be submitted as soon as possible after planning permission has been granted.
