Apply online ...

Apply Online for Planning.  Registration is easy and you can complete your application form, upload supporting documents and pay fees online.

However if you wish to print forms instead we will require at least two copies of everything, three copies if it is a joint application (e.g full and listed building).  More copies will be required for a Major Application and this should be discussed as part of your pre-application advice.  You can download paper planning application forms to print using either the 'Paper Form Chooser' or for certain types of application, from a list of forms.

Make sure you give us all the information we need.

The Validation Guide and Checklist set out the information required for each application.

Your application will not be valid until all the information has been received including the pdf icon Planning fee [91kb].  If you need further information or advice on completing your application please email validation@teignbridge.gov.uk

All documents will go on the website for public viewing

Your Planning Application form and all other documentation submitted will be viewable online once the application is considered valid.  Private telephone numbers, private email addresses and signatures will be removed.  Only planning issues should be included and any comments which the council considers to be inappropriate may be removed.
