Reviews of Premises Licenses / Club Premises Certificates
This page contains details of applications received by the Authority for reviews of premises licences and club premises certificates (CPCs). At any stage after the grant of a premises licence or CPC, a Responsible Authority or any other person may apply for a review of a licence or certificate. The Authority is required by law to advertise the application by displaying a notice at the premises and by publishing information on its website. An application for a review must relate to one or more of the licensing objectives - prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance, protection of children from harm.

The Council is required by law to maintain a list of applications for premises licences and club premises certificates which can be viewed on its website. The list provides brief details of each application and the closing date for representations.
If you wish to make a representation about an application, you should write to: The Licensing Team, Teignbridge District Council, Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot, TQ12 4XX. Your representation must relate to one or more of the licensing objectives. Alternatively, you may e-mail us at email@example.com.
Please note that representations are restricted after the issue of a Provisional Statement.
You may also view a copy of the application at Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot, TQ12 4XX between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30am and 4.30pm on Friday - please make an appointment.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
