4. Renew your garden waste collections

Renew your subscription to continue receiving fortnightly garden waste collections for the new subscription year.

Renewals can take up to 10 working days from receipt of payment. 

We will send you a new permit sticker, please fix it to your bin as soon as you receive it.


  • £40 per subscription period, per bin
  • if you are in receipt of income related council tax benefit you will pay a concessionary fee of £35 per subscription period, per bin

The garden waste subscription period runs from 1 September until 31 August.  

To use this service you will need to create an account through MyAccount. If you already have a MyAccount you will be able to log in.

Permits will not be sent over Christmas, if you renew or subscribe after 21st December your permit will be sent to you w/c 4th January. The crews will still know you have subscribed if you place your bin outside your house for collection.

To sign up to a garden waste collection, you will need to access MyAccount.

If registering for the first time you will need a valid email address. You will also need to create a password, (minimum of 9 characters).

If you already have a MyAccount you will be able to log in.  


You will receive an email acknowledgement confirming your subscription.

We will send you a permit to go on your bin, which can take up to 10 working days to be delivered.

If you require a new green bin, deliver will take up to 10 working days.
