Order a replacement bin, box, sack or bin repair

New or replacement containers

If you need a new bin, recycling box, paper recycling sack or food waste container because yours is lost or damaged, we can deliver a replacement free of charge.

Please note we do not replace serviceable bins, only those that are broken

Repairs to a damaged bin

If your wheeled bin is damaged we will repair it or supply a replacement if needed.

Time scales

We aim to deliver all replacement container requests within 10 working days. Recycling containers are usually delivered by your recycling crew, however there are times when an alternative delivery method will be used. All wheeled bin deliveries are made by a separate delivery crew.

Garden waste bins

We will send you a replacement permit in the post if we replace your garden waste bin.

Black bins

We only issue one black bin per household. If you have extra waste you can pay for a supply of additional waste sacks. Additional bins may be approved in exceptional circumstances, if approved your second bin will have a yellow lid. Please do not use this form to request a second black bin.

Lost bins

Before reporting bins or boxes as lost, please double check in case your neighbours have taken yours in error. To prevent this we would recommend labelling your containers. If your bin shows up again after you have reported it as lost, please contact us to let us know.

Additional recycling boxes

You can order additional recycling containers if you need them.

Clear sacks

If you have your black bin waste collected in clear sacks. You can also use this form to order a new roll of sacks.
