Collections can be amended up to two working days prior to your scheduled collection. 

Adding additional items will be charged at £12.00 per item.

If removing items, refunds will be made to the card the booking was made with.

If cancelling a booking, the item fee will be refunded, but the £28.00 booking fee is not refundable.
