Apply for assistance with collections

An assisted collection is when the crew collect, empty and return your bins and/or boxes to an agreed location within your property boundary.

You can apply for an assisted collection if no one in your household is physically able to take your bins and boxes to the boundary of your property on collection day.

We can also provide alternative smaller recycling boxes or smaller general waste bins if the ones you have are difficult to manage.
