• plastic trays (eg. ready meal trays, fruit trays and meat trays)

• metal lids from jars and cans 
• biscuit and sweet tins  
• empty deodorant aerosols
• empty household aerosols
• foil containers (eg. ready meals, pie and quiche cases, take away trays and pet food trays)
• foil lids (eg. yoghurt and cream tubs, instant noodles)
• confectionary foil - some chocolate bars are wrapped in foil
• kitchen foil

• plastic film (some supermarkets have plastic film recycling collection points)
• plastic wrapping (some supermarkets have plastic film recycling collection points)
• plastic bags (some supermarkets have plastic film recycling collection points)
• plastic toys
• plastic plant pots
• plastic tubes (eg. toothpaste tubes and hand cream tubes)
• cartons (can be recycled at a carton recycling bank)
• other metals
• full aerosols
• paint tins (see paint)
• black plastic
• crisp packets (some supermarkets have plastic film recycling collection points that accept crisp packets)
• drink, baby food and pet food pouches
• 'foil' wrapping paper
• camping gas canisters (take to your local recycling centre)

Please note

• please rinse plastic packaging and tins before recycling
• please squash and stack your packaging where possible to prevent the contents of your box overflowing
• once squashed, you can put your lids back on your plastic bottles to prevent them getting lost when collected and sorted
