Old Forde House is available to hire for conferences and meetings.

You can choose from a number of different rooms to hold your function in. Each room will be set up to your specific requirements and equipped with flip charts and projectors if necessary.

The prices listed below are for weekdays from 8am to 6pm. These prices do not include for out of hours and if booking for evening or weekend events, please call to discuss requirements as these terms are by negotiation.

The Great Hall

• holds up to 40 people seated or 70 people standing
• perfect for meeting and greeting or serving refreshments
• the cost to hire this room is £130 for a full day or £65 for a half day

This room provides access to the upstairs meeting rooms. If you wish to hire, we would need to check the bookings for other rooms.

The Dining Room

• seats up to 16 people around a long oak table
• located on the ground floor
• the cost to hire this room is £130 for a full day or £65 for a half day
• hearing loop installed

King Charles Room

• seats up to 22 people, dependent on the layout
• adjacent to the Long Room, the double doors dividing the two rooms can be opened up if more space is needed
• located on the first floor
• the cost to hire this room is £150 for a full day or £75 for a half day
• hearing loop installed

Long Room

• our largest function room, can seat up to 60 people, dependant on the layout
• adjacent to the King Charles Room, the double doors dividing the two rooms can be opened up if more space is needed
• the cost to hire this room is £212 for a full day or £106 for a half day
• hearing loop installed

The Library

• our smallest function room, seats 4 people
• located on the first floor
• the cost to hire this room is £70 for a full day or £35 for a half day

Orange Room

• seats up to 8 people
• located on the first floor
• the cost to hire this room is £70 for a full day or £35 for a half day

Music Room

• seats up to 8 people
• located on the first floor
• the cost to hire this room is £70 for a full day or £35 for a half day

There are kitchen facilities available should you wish to provide your own tea or coffee, etc.
